They didn't say when this special package will expire and neither were terms and conditions discussed with me. Anyway, i continued my sleep with happiness since i already had my first present of the day. I woke up in the morning only to find out that all my calls were not going through.
Thought it might be my phone so i restarted it but still all i got was connection error each time i dailled a number. Throughout the whole day yesterday till date,its been one restart after the other but all to no avail. Its been 36 hours since i last called anyone from my mtn. All i am stuck with is receiving calls and text msgs. I have had to rely on my alternate number in another phone wihch until yesterday was very private. Can't even call customer service..Haba!
Dear MTN, if this is about the free credit you claim to have given me, then i suggest you take it back since i don't really need it. I am not upset ooo, i just want to be able to use my own credit which i bought with my own money to make my calls. Hope that is not too much to ask from U...I appreciate your good intentions though but I think I'll..... pass..,please consider my plea and thank you very much for your kind gesture.
